How do the hens live?
Several breeds of hens at Poplars Farm make up a small flock that produce eggs that they lay in an array of hues that are reminiscent of the colors of the nearby beach.
The girls are raised responsibly and have access to organic, non-GMO feed, fresh water, and have a large area to roam as they please. Their space is enclosed to protect them from predators such as raccoons, fox, and hawks.
